Due to all the action this weekend, I was unable to watch True Blood on Sunday like I usually do. People were dying to talk about it Monday. So right after work yesterday, I pressed play on the DVR. Wow! May I add that Eric is looking hotter and hotter. I don’t know what it was about that tank top he was wearing at Godric’s house. He seemed like a prick prior to this episode, but seeing how much he “cared” for Godric is endearing. My favorite dialogue was between Eric and Sookie when he told her to not talk things she didn’t know about and for her not to ask him about things he didn’t know the definition of. Loved it.

As for the book, I’m still stuck on page 15 of the first book in the series. So far, it’s episode one, verbatim, so I haven’t wanted to read it. I know that there are a lot of differences between the book and the tv show. Mainly, with Jason and the grandmother. I may try again soon.

Anyways, the idea of Hunter’s souffle and the scene after boggled my mind. I had to look it up. No recipe, thankfully.

I have no qualms tasting Tru Blood. I only question their choosing orange as its flavor. I mean, it’s “blood” and I hate artificial orange flavor. Maybe they could have chosen cherry or strawberry.
